The Silver membership is designed for the carrier that wants the benefits of the watchdog service and the industry leading articles with the added value of the networking opportunities through the on-line forum and ask the expert/members. 

Silver Members of the Society will receive: 

• Bi-Monthly R & R Memo – The memo will contain up to date articles outlining R & R techniques, industry trends and news related to Recruiting, Retention and Management.
   
• “Impact Alert” – Our industry is changing at the speed of life.  The society monitors multiple news and regulatory sources to provide members with notification as the news breaks.
   
• Access to “Ask the Expert” – Have a Recruiting, Retention or Management question or project?  Send your question to the “Expert” for advice, and if we have documents to help you implement your project – we’ll send them as well.
   
• Access to the Society’s Online Forum – Members can post comments, ask and answer questions for each other on the Societies member only forum.
   
• Access to “Ask the Members” – Have you ever wondered? What do other people do in this situation, has anyone ever done this before and how did it work out, does anyone know anything about… This free service offers excellent networking and knowledge sharing opportunities.  When a member has a question we can send it to all the members, we will then compile the answers and post the results on-line.
   
• Access to “White Papers, Templates and Calculators” – Have you ever needed a document but didn’t have the time to create it, or wondered if you were using the right equation.  The Society has and will continue to develop documents and calculators to support your Recruiting and Retention efforts.
   
• Invitation to Member only Training and Networking events – The Society will host Member only educational and Networking events throughout the year.  These events will usually take place at Impacts training center and major recruiting events throughout the United States and Canada. The educational events may require an admission fee to help defer meeting room costs.
   
• 5% Member Discount on Impact Services – When Members utilize Impact for any of their Consulting or Seminar needs they will receive a 5% member discount.  When booking on-site consulting and seminar services this is a $187.50 per day value.

The fee for the Silver Membership outlined above is $99 per month for 1 person recruiting departments or $199 per month for larger departments.  Both of these memberships give access to your entire company.

The Gold membership is designed for the carrier that’s not sure if they will need on-site training but wants to provide on-going training and coaching to their staff through all the newsletters, alerts and networking opportunities outlined above with the additional benefit of quarterly webinars and the ability to send a person to one of Impacts Educational Corporate Retreats.

Gold Members of the Society will receive:

• Quarterly Webinars – Impact will conduct webinar outlining the most successful Recruiting, Retention and Management techniques of the industry.  $800 value.
   
• 1 Free Admission to a 1.5 day Conference conducted at Impacts Corporate Retreat in Neosho, Mo. – Impact will provide a schedule of conference events to members in advance of general admission.  Conference topics will include Recruiting Management and Techniques, Driver Retention and Fleet Manager Training.  1 free admission per year a $499 value.
   
• 10% Member Discount on Impact Services – When Members utilize Impact for any of their Consulting or Seminar needs they will receive a 10% member discount.  When booking on-site consulting and seminar services this is a $375 per day value.

The fee for the Gold Membership outlined above is $249 per month for your entire company.

The Platinum membership is designed for the company that knows they will utilize Impact’s on-site training and/or consulting during the year.  When you add up the value of the benefits of this membership level with one additional on-site day booked at the discounted rate the membership to the society only costs $573 for the entire year.

Platinum Members of the Society will receive:

• 1 On-site Training or Consulting day from Impact (expenses not included) Members can book Impact for a 1-day on-site consulting or training event absolutely free.  Additional days can be purchased with the 10% member discount.  Through this member benefit you could easily recoup your entire year’s membership in the society.  This is a $3750 value not including additional days at the 10% member discount.

The fee for the Platinum Membership outlined above is $499 per month for your entire company.
