Kelly Anderson

Kelly has worked in the transportation industry for the past 23 years.  The positions he has held include Federal Law Enforcement Officer, Professional Driver, Driver Trainer, Driver Recruiter, Safety Supervisor, and Safety Manager over a Recruiting Department for a 1720 truck fleet.  Using these experiences Kelly founded Impact Transportation Solutions on January 1, 1998.  Impact provides Recruiting, Retention, Management, and Customer Service seminars and consulting services to the transportation industry.  www.impacttrans.com

Through his real world solution based training Kelly has become one of the transportation industries most sought after speaker/trainers. 

Kelly founded the Society of Recruiting and Retention Professionals, Co-Founded the 3 largest Recruiting and Retention Conferences in North America.  He is on the Board of Directors for the Truckload Carriers Association and a member of the Recruitment and Retention Human Resource Committee for the TCA and ATA.
